Client Operations Internship (Minneapolis)
Empyrean is seeking a Client Operations Intern to support the Client Services team by contributing to daily operations, reporting, documentation, and client experience initiatives. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, providing hands-on experience in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and update client-facing reports (benefit enrollment metrics, SLA tracking)
Assist with quality assurance checks on deliverables prior to distribution
Support coordination of client meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, action item tracking)
Document SOPs for recurring tasks and consolidate internal knowledge bases
Run and validate standardized reports; support data integrity initiatives
Draft client communications and assist with survey/feedback efforts
Conduct research on client-specific or industry trends
Contribute to special projects including performance comparisons and RFP prep
Complete a capstone project focused on operational efficiency, presented to leadership
Qualification
Required
To qualify for this internship, applicants must be full-time students at an accredited college or university and currently classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior
Also, accepting recent graduates (May 2025 or later)

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus

GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
