Instrumentation/Electrical Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

Review, prioritize, and plan maintenance work orders for instrumentation and electrical systems
Develop detailed job plans , including scope, resources, materials, tools, and safety protocols
Identify and requisition necessary materials, spare parts, and tools
Assist in maintaining/updating maintenance procedures, job plans, technical documentation
Assist in maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Coordinate with contractors and vendors as required
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with processes, equipment, or reliability
Support audits and provide data as required
Communicate job status, delays, and issues promptly
Complete purchasing activities via approved vendors using SAP, intranet services, or contracted catalog vendors
Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to instrumentation and electrical maintenance

Required

5+ years plant maintenance experience in instrumentation/electrical field or an Associate degree in Instrumentation and/or Electrical discipline
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Self-directed, motivated team player with strong communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety

Preferred

SAP PF2 experience
Experience with Honeywell Experion, Allen Bradley PLC'S, Emerson, Delta V Live systems
