Enterprise Data Architect, Senior (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)
Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Data Architect to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) Technology Platform. This role provides critical advisory services and involves developing data architecture standards, roadmaps, and ensuring data governance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Assist with the development and implementation of data model standards, particularly as NMEC advances with its metadata repository
Develop and implement a future-state data architecture roadmap, ensuring existing solutions are evaluated for transition and migration to standard services
Ensure TIS (Technology Information Services) data is discoverable across the enterprise and is 'AI ready'. Maintain and update the DIA Data Catalog
Participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate the enterprise approach and associated work products
Provide expert advice, guidance, and assistance to other professionals in a consulting capacity, coordinating the resolution of highly complex technical problems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a BS degree
Alternatively, 20 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in lieu of a degree
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in industry technical issues and trends
Analytical Skills: Ability to utilize functional area expertise to assess the operational and functional baselines of an organization and its components
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a final Top Secret U.S. Government clearance with SCI eligibility
Screening: Must successfully complete a mandatory security screening, including a counter-intelligence polygraph (CSP) examination
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of NMEC Operations, NMEC Architecture, and mission applications such as Harmony
Familiarity with foreign language document management, digital exploitation, and data systems across the DoD, IC, and NATO
