Responsibilities
Manage the order cycle from net new to renewals, reviewing, confirming, and processing new customer orders
Follow up on any discrepancies within the order process
Monitor order status, communicating any issues and delays to customers and partners as needed
Work closely with manufacture partners to approve, track, and change order details
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
