Responsibilities
Execute POS functional, integration, and UAT test cycles
Validate core POS workflows including payments, tenders, loyalty, promotions, pricing, returns, and refunds
Ensure end-to-end test coverage including requirements validation, edge cases, and risk-based scenarios
Document test cases, execution results, and defects with strong traceability
Partner with Store Operations, Business teams, and Analysts for operational validation
Identify risks proactively and support issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) testing
Experience testing retail systems and store applications
Ability to define and execute end-to-end test strategies and scenarios
Proficiency in integration testing across store and enterprise systems
Experience with API validation and troubleshooting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
POS functional, integration, and UAT testing
Retail merchandising systems including item setup, pricing, promotions, contracts, and deals
API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger
Collaboration with business, store operations, and cross-functional teams
Execute POS functional, integration, and UAT test cycles
