Responsibilities
Enforce Lock Desk policy (Loan Setup is under the Lock Desk umbrella)
Assist the company’s internal partners with loan re-disclosure, FHA/VA case number transfers, credit card refund/charge requests, MAVENT fails, and file escalations
Work the assigned pipelines for quick file milestone movement
Contact FHA and VA to process applicable underwriting conditions associated with the loan file
Monitor various shared email in-boxes and perform work within SLA to include appraisal orders, disclosing to borrowers, advertising loans, etc
Ensure the accuracy of fees for outbound disclosures
Review pass/fail logic on applicable files to ensure compliance accuracy
Monitor robotics outcome reports and scrub loans that fail, to queue back up for automation or work manually
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working under a high level of confidentiality
Able to work an assigned pipeline of FHA/VA loan products
Detail-oriented and strong time management/ organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
A four-year college business degree or other related field
