Inspecting damaged automotive parts and determining the next step in the process
Taking calls from customers regarding damaged parts and assisting with return authorization
Processing parts claims for damage -overage and shortage claims for 6 manufacturers
Preparing claim documentation and parts to be returned to our 6 manufacturers
