The role involves preparing labor estimates for proposals, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting proposal audits and negotiations.

Responsibilities
Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests
Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
Present proposal recommendations to management
Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting experience, or experience in other business management related function – OR – a Masters degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting experience, or experience in other business management related function
Proposal/Pricing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
U.S. Citizenship required
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required
Preferred
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel proficiency
Prior price estimating experience
Experience with ProPricer
Experience with Cost/Price Analysis
Experience with creating and delivering presentations
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations
