Program Manager, Worldwide Grocery Stores, Strategy and Business Planning
Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to join their Worldwide Grocery Stores Strategy and Business Planning team. The role involves supporting growth initiatives through data analysis, managing goals, and contributing to strategy execution across the organization.

Responsibilities
Execute components of the annual planning and business reporting processes; maintain and update documentation related to annual planning
Support the process for company goal setting and compile status updates for executive leadership review
Manage goals across the organization, tracking progress, coordinating updates, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Manage project management programs and best practices for the annual planning process, and executive leadership reviews to ensure effective investment decisions across the organization
Assist in business operational review meetings by gathering data and helping prepare narrative documents for internal and Amazon audiences
Support the Strategic Business Planning teams by collecting data and insights, maintaining tracking mechanisms, and contributing to analysis that informs enterprise strategy execution
Conduct analysis of business issues using established frameworks; gather relevant consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic data to support decision-making
Create clear project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Build effective working relationships with partners across the organization; able to partner effectively with senior/executive leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
2+ years of program or project management experience, or MBA
Strong analytics skills required with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, perform quantitative analysis, and derive actionable insights from data
Preferred
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience using Microsoft Projects software
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
Basic financial analysis skills preferred, including understanding of P&L statements, budget management, financial modeling, and business metrics
Knowledge of grocery, retail, or e-commerce preferred
