Responsibilities

Leading the creative strategy and vision for TV campaigns that will later expand to other channels
Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and designers to reach deliverable goals
Develop and maintain the visual identity systems and brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing expressions
Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align creative work with client objectives
Pitch and presenting concepts internally
Ensuring high-quality, original, and on-brand creative output
Reviewing and approving all creative deliverables before they go to clients
Managing timelines, and resources for creative projects

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a creative role in an agency or creative environment (e.g., art director, designer.)
Strong portfolio showcasing successful TV-focused campaign work
Work must show strong conceptual thinking with a keen sense of craft
Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Established ability to understand and discuss business & brand strategy
Strategic thinking and client-facing experience
Able to work effectively in a kind team environment that is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and creatively progressive
