Responsibilities
Architect Creative Blueprints: Conceptualize and build diverse creative templates (cinematic, hyper-real, etc.) that live within the AI, allowing users to achieve specific, high-quality outcomes with ease
Prompt Orchestration: Engineering dynamic, sophisticated prompts across multiple modalities to ensure outputs are imaginative, culturally relevant, and technically flawless
Aesthetic Governance: Establish the visual standards for the platform. You will define what 'great' looks like and refine the underlying prompt logic through relentless trial and error
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Concept Art, or Visual Design
A portfolio that demonstrates elite-level taste and conceptual depth
Deep experience with AI prompt engineering and understanding of how LLMs and Generative Models interpret creative intent
Proven track record of building products or creative systems from the ground up
Comfortable with ambiguity and 'blank canvas' problems
Working understanding of the creative logic behind video pacing, image composition, and musical theory
Familiarity with the technical constraints of AI products
Experience working directly with engineers to integrate creative prompts into a scalable product backend
