Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end annual operating and capital budget process to drive insights into organizational goals
Support the ERP transition as the subject matter expert on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, providing analysis on trends, variances, and risk assessment
Work closely with the arrivia leadership team and equity investors to develop business analytics and reporting
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals to provide decision support across the organization
Build robust models to support accurate planning and influence high-level decision-making
Implement best practice financial workflows to deepen financial literacy across the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA license and/or MBA preferred
5+ years of directly related work experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Prior management experience with a focus on employee coaching and development
Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, leveraging analytical modeling tools
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and MD&A
Ability to think critically, summarize complex information, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with OneStream, SQL Server, Oracle NetSuite, or Salesforce
