Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures
Troubleshoot and address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct property inspections to identify and address potential maintenance concerns
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Fabricate and install components as needed to maintain property standards
Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as required
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS
Assist with snow removal and seasonal property upkeep
Collaborate with property management and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Perform all other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
Plumbing and electrical knowledge
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Snow removal experience
Leadership skills to supervise and train junior staff
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
