Handle customer ticketing issues and questions
Staff guest services to handle event day accessible needs
Qualification
Required
Need to be an active/current member of the Treasurers and Ticket Sellers Local 752 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada
Proficiency in Ticketmaster ticketing software (Host & Archtics) required
Strong verbal communication skills in the English language required
Ability to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
