Responsibilities
Collecting and analyzing field reports
Executing regional initiatives
Conducting performance evaluations and ride-alongs
Directly supporting the hiring, training, and ongoing development of Field Representatives
Representing TPUSA at regional events, conferences, and campus engagements
Promoting the mission and amplifying the work of their field team and student activists both in person and across social media platforms
Modeling expectations, reinforcing standards, and advancing TPUSA’s mission through mentorship, public engagement, and organizational representation
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook
Eagerness to build a strong personal brand
Passion for conservative ideals and principles
Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
Reliable, punctual, and responsive
Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance
Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to try new things
Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
Proven leadership development
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
Valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to travel to locations as needed
Preferred
Sales, Teaching, or Campaign Experience
Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
Previous experience leading a team of grassroots organizers
Experience with large-scale, on-campus event management
