This role involves extensive travel to install and repair equipment at customer sites, train employees, and ensure product quality while managing travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
Installing and repairing equipment at various customer sites
Training customer employees on how to maintain our products in the field
Performing trial runs of products to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications
Working in Quality Control when not traveling to ensure our products maintain their outstanding standard
Managing your own travel arrangements and keeping receipts and information for reimbursements
Qualification
Required
Proven electrical knowledge and experience
Experience with Concur or similar travel booking systems
Willingness to travel frequently (Sunday night to Friday) with alternating weeks on and off
Strong organizational skills to manage travel bookings and expense reports
Excellent communication skills to train and support customer employees effectively
