Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications for repairs
Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions
Inspect and remove defective parts using hand and power tools
Measure and adjust part dimensions as needed
Communicate preventive maintenance needs and ensure compliance
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools
Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
Complete daily maintenance paperwork and prepare equipment setups
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing
1+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical repair
Knowledge of fabrication, machine shop tools, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints
Basic PLC knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in noisy environments
Preferred
LME (Limited Maintenance Electrical) License
EPA Refrigeration Certification
Forklift or powered equipment experience
