Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using Infor ION within a cloud-based (SaaS) healthcare environment
Ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant data exchange between Infor applications and healthcare, financial, and operational systems
Supporting mission-critical clinical and business workflows
Independently identifying and fulfilling responsibilities with minimal oversight
Exercising discretion and independent judgment
Evaluating different options and making informed decisions
Effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in middleware or enterprise application integration
Hands-on experience with Infor ION (ION Desk, BODs, APIs, workflows)
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and data transformation concepts
Experience in integrating ERP systems with external applications
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a production enterprise environment
Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment
Open to travelling up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience with Infor CloudSuite (M3, LN, FSM, or equivalent)
Knowledge of iPaaS platforms, event-driven architecture, or message-based integrations
Familiarity with Infor Mongoose, API Gateway, or Infor OS components
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance)
Prior experience working with vendors and managed service providers
