Real estate purchase/sale and contract issues
Fraud, debt collection, and breach of contract claims
Negotiations and settlements (plaintiff and defense)
Qualification
Required
0-7 years of experience as an Associate Attorney
Experience in business and real estate disputes
Ability to handle business and partnership disputes
Experience in construction and contractor litigation
Knowledge of real estate purchase/sale and contract issues
Experience with fraud, debt collection, and breach of contract claims
Ability to negotiate and settle cases (plaintiff and defense)
Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule (in-office Wednesdays)
Ability to meet a billable target of 1,680 hours/year
