Responsibilities

Design and lead the enterprise Performance Management Cycle, shifting the focus from administrative compliance to high-impact performance and development conversations
Establish the organization’s "Growth Mindset" framework, defining how employees navigate internal mobility and "lattice" career paths to ensure long-term retention and agility
Oversee the governance of internal mobility programs, creating transparent pathways and removing barriers to cross-functional movement to optimize internal talent utilization
Provide strategic direction and professional development for a team talent professionals, ensuring alignment of individual goals with enterprise-wide transformation priorities
Serve as the primary architect for the enterprise change management framework, using data-driven storytelling to influence executive leadership and ensure high adoption of global initiatives
Lead the design of simple, intuitive performance processes that prioritize frequent coaching, feedback, and forward-looking development planning over annual ratings
Direct projects that assess and redesign organizational structures to optimize efficiency, ensuring teams are built for both current execution and future scale
Oversee the development of standardized change tools and high-impact communication plans that ensure timely, transparent, and engaging distribution of information
Partner with HR technology teams to facilitate internal mobility through platforms that match employee skills with project-based opportunities and open roles
Ensure all talent and performance tools are designed with a commitment to simplicity and value for the "end-user"—employees and managers
Establish a comprehensive metrics dashboard that correlates performance, mobility, and change initiatives with business-relevant outcomes like productivity and cost savings

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business
Typically 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on Performance Management, Organizational Design, and Change Management
Proven track record of managing professional teams and leading complex, global programs in a multi-functional environment
Deep knowledge of modern performance management trends, organizational design methodologies, and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights
