Responsibilities

Develop and own the vertical strategy across 1:1 or 1:few programs for strategic entertainment accounts
Build joint go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, partner, and product teams to support account growth and partner-led opportunities
Drive personalized, bespoke marketing tactics to engage multiple decision-makers across target accounts
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and executive engagement tailored to specific accounts or partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, content, product marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure consistent and personalized execution
Creation of custom content, sales enablement materials, and partner co-marketing assets
Track and measure account engagement, influence on pipeline/revenue, and campaign ROI
Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics
Serve as a voice of key partners/accounts internally to inform product, messaging, and experience
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and partners on campaign progress, results, and key insights

Required

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
6+ years of Integrated B2B marketing experience, with focus on account-based and/or vertical marketing, and/or enterprise marketing

Preferred

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related area
4-5 years experience working with Entertainment brands/in the Entertainment vertical
Experience managing marketing programs across time zones, regions, and global cross-functional teams
