The College Field Representative will expand TPUSA’s presence on college campuses by recruiting and mobilizing student activists, while implementing national and regional strategies at the campus level.

Responsibilities
Launching and maintaining chapters
Organizing daily campus activism initiatives
Recruiting and training student leaders
Collecting and maintaining accurate recruitment data
Conducting outreach to prospective members
Supporting voter registration and engagement efforts
Representing TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements
Promoting the mission and amplifying the work of student activists both in person and across social media platforms
Overseeing their territory’s student activists
Developing and executing activism plans
Qualification
Required
Eagerness to build a strong personal brand
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook
Passion for conservative ideals and principles
Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior
Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance
Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner
Innovative nature & desire to try new things
Proven leadership development
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed
Preferred
Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
A strong entrepreneurial spirit
Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations
Experience starting campus organizations
Sales, Teaching, or Campaign Experience
