Responsibilities
Leading the creative strategy and vision for campaigns across multiple channels from initial concept to final execution across all platforms
Overseeing and mentoring creative teams, including art directors, copywriters, and designers
Develop and maintain the visual identity systems and brand guidelines on a global scale, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing expressions
Collaborating with account and strategy teams to align creative work with client objectives
Pitching and presenting concepts to clients with clarity and confidence
Ensuring high-quality, original, and on-brand creative output
Reviewing and approving all creative deliverables before they go to clients
Managing timelines, and resources for creative projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a creative role in an agency or creative environment (e.g., art director, designer)
Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital (social, mobile, web) and 360 brand work
Work must show strong conceptual thinking with a keen sense of craft
Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Established ability to understand and discuss business & brand strategy
Strategic thinking and client-facing experience
Able to work effectively in a kind team environment that is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and creatively progressive
Experience with mentoring more junior talent
