Responsibilities

Management of complex calendars and supporting teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel and expenses
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and customer-facing events)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Management of team space, including moves and space planning
Document writing, editing, and readiness
Help with engagement and employee morale initiatives

Required

3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars
