Responsibilities

Conduct residential closings with warmth, confidence, and efficiency
Review and clear title issues to facilitate smooth transactions
Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff to ensure positive experiences
Support the managing attorney and assist with closings at other office locations as needed
Represent the firm at industry events and foster strong relationships with real estate professionals
Provide timely and thorough responses to inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction
Uphold firm culture by promoting collaboration, service, and positivity

Qualification

Active membership in state barResidential real estate closingsProfessional liability insuranceContinuing Legal EducationLegal judgmentNegotiationClient service orientationProficiency with legal technologyCommunication skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

Active membership in the state bar
Ability to maintain professional liability insurance requirements
Completion of all required Continuing Legal Education
Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with state rules of professional conduct
Strong legal judgment and negotiation abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred

Experience in residential real estate closings
Strong client service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
