Customer Support/Office Administrator

Propane Ninja is a family-oriented propane service company dedicated to delivering reliable, flexible, and responsive propane solutions. They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Support / Office Administrator to support daily operations and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming customer service calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, helpful manner
Assist customers with service questions, account information, and general support needs
Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
Assist with onboarding new customers, including account setup and initial service coordination
Maintain and update customer records and documentation
Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and file management

Required

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience working in a service-based, logistics, or utility environment
Familiarity with call tracking, ticketing, or helpdesk systems
Comfort working with multiple systems at once (CRM, ERP, phone systems, scheduling tools)
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
