Marketing Demand Generation Manager

They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Demand Generation Manager to own demand generation, activation, and marketing operations across various channels. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads and enabling sales and partners with effective messaging and collateral.

Responsibilities
Generate and activate demand for brokerages, teams, and agents
Deliver high-quality B2B marketing qualified leads to the sales team
Drive self-service user activation by guiding users to successfully build workflows
Execute marketing campaigns across brokers, teams, agents and partner channels
Work closely with partners to unlock demand through existing partner ecosystems
Support partner co-marketing and outreach campaigns
Build and manage lifecycle automation (email, onboarding, activation)
Create sales and partner enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, guides)
Track and report on lead quality, activation, and campaign performance
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing
Strong understanding of lead funnels, lifecycle automation, and attribution
Ability to execute hands-on while collaborating cross-functionally
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience in real estate technology is a plus
