Responsibilities

Lead enterprise S&OP and Supply Chain Control Tower processes across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning horizons
Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans to support business growth, seasonal execution, and Tier 1 events
Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders to drive integrated decision-making
Define and deliver Control Tower capabilities that provide end-to-end visibility, exception management, and actionable insights
Ensure alignment between mid- to long-term planning (S&OP) and short-term execution (S&OE)
Establish governance, KPIs, and performance management routines to track plan effectiveness and outcomes
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on integrated planning and execution alignment

Required

8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP / IBP, or related leadership roles
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong expertise in S&OP, S&OE, and enterprise planning governance
Experience with planning and analytics platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Power BI
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
