Responsibilities
Define architectural vision, create roadmaps, and provide technical guidance for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (APIs)
Lead and mentor onshore/offshore developers; ensure adherence to development standards and Salesforce best practices
Manage the technical project lifecycle, lead technical workshops, and coordinate with stakeholders, business analysts, and offshore teams
Ensure code quality, security, performance, and adherence to deployment standards ( CI/CD ) and company guidelines
Diagnose complex issues, provide 3rd-line support , and unblock team members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Salesforce solutions
Technical leadership and strategy skills
Ability to define architectural vision and create roadmaps
Technical guidance for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Solution design and development skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (APIs)
Experience in leading and mentoring onshore/offshore developers
Knowledge of development standards and Salesforce best practices
Project delivery and collaboration skills
Ability to manage the technical project lifecycle
Experience in leading technical workshops
Coordination with stakeholders, business analysts, and offshore teams
Ensuring code quality, security, performance, and adherence to deployment standards (CI/CD)
Problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose complex issues and provide 3rd-line support
Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform (Case Management, Apex, LWC, Integrations)
