InternNucleate Podcast is a platform for deep conversations with biotech founders, investors, and scientists. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production & Operations intern to help coordinate podcast episodes, manage workflows, and ensure timely content delivery.

Responsibilities
Episode Management: own the episode pipeline from planning to timeline management, help book guest recordings, align host availability, and follow up on pre/post-interview logistics
Cross-team liaison: keep the audio, video, and social teams in sync on weekly tasks, timelines, and content handoffs
Process optimization: support internal documentation, tool maintenance, and communication workflows
Distribution support: assist with publishing episodes, managing release checklists, and tracking publication across platform
Qualification
Required
Operational mindset: highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Technical proficiency: familiar with Notion, Slack, GSuite, Google Drive, etc
Proactive communicator: comfortable reaching out, following up, and clarifying priorities
Curiosity for biotech & media: you don't need to be a scientist, but you should be excited about the intersection of science, startups, and storytelling
Growth-oriented: open to mentorship and feedback, and interested in building your skill set in operations, logistics, or media production
Preferred
Experience with project management, podcast workflows, or live event coordination
Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
