They are seeking a College Program Regional Manager to oversee and elevate grassroots field operations, support Field Representatives, and promote the organization's mission at regional events and through social media.

Responsibilities
Oversee and elevate a portion of the nation’s largest and most innovative grassroots field operation
Work closely with the Deputy Director to implement national strategy at the regional level
Support Field Representatives in meeting and exceeding departmental goals
Ensure operational excellence across all territories within their region
Provide consistent coaching, accountability, and direction to Field Representatives
Help Field Representatives develop strong recruitment pipelines, grow chapters, and build impactful activist networks on campus
Collect and analyze field reports
Execute regional initiatives
Conduct performance evaluations and ride-alongs
Directly support the hiring, training, and ongoing development of Field Representatives
Represent TPUSA at regional events, conferences, and campus engagements
Promote the mission and amplify the work of the field team and student activists both in person and across social media platforms
Model expectations, reinforce standards, and advance TPUSA’s mission through mentorship, public engagement, and organizational representation
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook
Eagerness to build a strong personal brand
Passion for conservative ideals and principles
Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
Reliable, punctual, and responsive
Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance
Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to try new things
Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
Proven leadership development
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
Valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to travel to locations as needed
Preferred
Sales, Teaching, or Campaign Experience
Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
Previous experience leading a team of grassroots organizers
Experience with large-scale, on-campus event management
