Oversee a large group of analysts and assistants
Manage workloads, balance capacity, and resolve bottlenecks
Guide the team through shifting priorities
Onboard and train new hires
Coach staff and deliver ongoing feedback
Handle formal performance evaluations
Lead on complex lateral conflicts checks
Coordinate closely with other supervisors for urgent matters
Maintain consistency in how policies and procedures are applied
Support attorneys and leadership on special projects
Strengthen communication and collaboration across offices
Help incorporate firm-approved AI tools into training and workflow oversight
Qualification
Required
Experience in law firm conflicts and compliance leadership
