Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate information on coverages, policy changes, billing, and claims processes
Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and other service requests
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
Assist with policy quoting, renewals, and re-marketing as needed
Maintain accurate and organized client records in the agency management system
Monitor and follow up on open tasks, renewals, and outstanding client or carrier requests
Support underwritings with pre-renewal strategy and remarketing
Comply with company workflows, regulatory requirements, and carrier underwriting guidelines
Participate in continuing education and training to maintain licensure and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Administrative support experience
Ability to provide accurate information on coverages, policy changes, billing, and claims processes
Experience processing policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and other service requests
Strong communication skills with insurance carriers regarding policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
