Installation Site Supervisor

The Installation Site Supervisor acts as the senior field leader responsible for executing retail and commercial installations nationwide, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while leading installation crews.

Responsibilities
Executes retail and commercial millwork, cabinetry, and display installations from material delivery through job completion
Serves as the primary onsite representative for Bench Dogs
Leads all jobsite installation operations including crew supervision, safety compliance, quality control, and schedule execution
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising outsourced installation crews while maintaining safety and quality standards
Closely collaborates with Project Management, general contractors, and clients to meet project objectives
Proactively identifies constructability challenges and jobsite constraints and works with internal and external stakeholders to determine cost-effective solutions to keep the project moving forward
Ensures all installations meet the Bench Dogs' quality standards and contractual requirements

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ yrs of commercial millwork, cabinetry, or construction installation experience
Requires 80-100% domestic, nationwide travel; may involve night or weekend work to meet project schedules
Proven experience managing field crews and subcontractors
Demonstrated hands-on installation capabilities
Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop and architectural drawings
Layout and establish critical starting points for assigned jobs
Demonstrated troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer-facing environment
Self-directed, organized with a strong penchant for schedule adherence
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability successfully complete pre-employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screen
OSHA-10 Hour Certification Required
Proficient in use of hand and power tools, lifts, forklifts, and material handling equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems
Preferred
OSHA-30 Hour certification (May obtain within 90 days of employment)
