This position will oversee the establishment of a new Educational Partnerships team, managing quality assurance processes and supporting the University’s strategic development of collaborative provision.

Responsibilities
Oversee the establishment of a new Educational Partnerships team within Academic Quality and Development (AQ&D)
Have line management responsibility
Oversee AQ&D’s central role in supporting the University’s strategic and operational development of collaborative provision
Manage the application of York’s quality assurance processes in line with national expectations (e.g. QAA, OfS, UKVI)
Ensure the effective implementation of the University’s Quality Framework for Partnerships
Coordinate collaborative provision activity across the institution
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and external partners
Contribute to the sustainable growth of the University’s partnership portfolio
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of UK higher education quality assurance and enhancement agendas
Knowledge of the opportunities, challenges and risks to be considered for the successful development of educational partnerships
Experience of supporting the development and quality oversight of educational partnerships within a higher education context
Experience of coordinating initiatives or projects involving multiple stakeholders
Experience of line management and coordinating the work and development of a team
Able to research, assimilate and organise complex information
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Excellent skills in planning, organisation, project management and evaluation
