Maintenance and Reliability Logistics Analyst
VLinc Corporation is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Logistics Analyst to develop key sections of the Logistics Plan related to maintenance planning and reliability. The role involves documenting maintenance procedures, analyzing system reliability, and creating support packages to ensure operational readiness and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Develop the Maintenance Planning Section of the Logistics Plan, detailing preventative and corrective maintenance procedures required for sustained system operations
Create detailed schedules, resource allocation plans, and personnel training recommendations to ensure system readiness
Collaborate with Shield AI to gather operational and maintenance data to support repair plans and system improvements
Ensure maintenance planning documentation complies with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards
Analyze the system's reliability and maintainability characteristics, including identifying failure modes and expected downtime
Recommend corrective actions and strategies to optimize system performance throughout its lifecycle
Work with Shield AI to integrate existing R&M data and government recommendations into deliverables
Coordinate subcontractor support for R&M calculations and analysis as needed, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Develop a comprehensive SSP that outlines all technical support elements required for system maintenance
Include part specifications, operational guidelines, and provisioning data to support the system throughout its lifecycle
Collect and incorporate existing data from Shield AI to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance
Maintain consistency with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards for all SSP deliverables
Work closely with Shield AI and internal teams to collect necessary data related to maintenance, reliability, and support requirements
Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to ensure deliverable quality and accuracy
Coordinate subcontractor involvement as needed, defining scope of work and managing deliverable timelines
Ensure all deliverables meet government and industry standards, including ANSI GEIA-STD-0007
Review and validate all documentation for accuracy, consistency, and usability
Identify potential risks related to maintenance planning, R&M analysis, or SSP development and recommend mitigation strategies
Provide regular updates to program managers and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Systems Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability analysis, or logistics documentation, preferably in government or defense programs
Familiarity with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 and related standards for logistics and maintenance documentation
Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, including failure modes, corrective actions, and lifecycle optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Adobe Acrobat)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail
Experience coordinating with subcontractors and external stakeholders
