Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance
Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use
Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied
Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready)
Qualification
Required
Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair
Lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator
Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified
Understand and follow written policies
Work under direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance
Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use
Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied
Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready)
Preferred
HVAC certification preferred, not required
Bilingual (any language) a plus
