They are seeking a dynamic intern to assist the Commercial department with various tasks including project support, documentation management, and gaining insights into the bank's operations and services.

Responsibilities
Support the W-8 project, including review and tracking of tax forms
Maintain well-organized Excel spreadsheets reflecting daily project status
Assist with monitoring expirations and preparing renewal follow-ups
Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements under supervision
Provide assistance in preparing Cornercard applications to be sent to customers under the supervision of the analysts
Participate in a structured induction prepare by the RAC to cover key areas of the bank, including Private Banking & Wealth Management, Operations & Client Services, Risk, Compliance & Controls, AML & OFAC, and Real Estate
Observe how the different departments collaborate to deliver client services and to provide support
Gain an understanding of the bank’s products, services, and governance framework
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree- Required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
Attention to detail and follow through
Dedication to the team's success
Languages: English & Spanish
