Prepares and performs internal quality audits, including but not limited to, electronic and paper medical records, recordings, and live audits
Communicates and works with the team to resolve issues identified in the audit in a timely manner
Assists with results interpretation and communication to market leadership
Provides continuous quality improvement suggestions to leadership based on audit and reporting findings
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Licensed Registered Nurse required
Minimum of three (5) years' nursing experience; clinical operations experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and Outlook required
Travel required: up to 25%

Clinical operations experience preferred
Dialysis experience strongly preferred
Prior audit or quality experience preferred
