Consult (80%): Listen to the customer, diagnose the issue, recommend the right repair, accessory or protection plan
Repair (20%): Learn to fix screens, batteries, components on the latest devices. Start a technology career
Own It: Keep the front desk organized, customers up to date, and data accurate

Required

Grit: Customer service is hard. We need people who stay calm under pressure
Tech Literacy: You know your way around a smartphone, or learn very fast
Availability: Day shifts and weekends as required. 5 day workweek
