Training Officer
The California Department of Industrial Relations is seeking a Training Officer for the Office of Administrative Services. The role involves overseeing training development, delivery, and tracking, as well as creating and implementing training-related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Oversees a unit responsible for the development, delivery and tracking of training
Creates, implements, and maintains training-related policies and procedures
Procures training related contracts for OAS
Qualification
Required
Reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility or have reinstatement eligibility
Provide your experience developing and/or delivering training to internal stakeholders
Describe your experience developing a training solution to address an emerging organizational need
Describe your experience working in customer service
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
