Responsibilities
Ensure every detail of payroll and HR data conversion is flawless
Import wage data and tax liabilities
Perform quality checks on PTO plans, benefits, and garnishments
Communicate project updates
Assist with training
Actively drive Alliance HCM's vision
Ensure clients experience a seamless transition
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology
Strong relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience working with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred)
Experience with Excel, human capital management, and SQL Server
A four-year post-secondary education or a bachelor's degree
