Process policy updates, assist with claims and billing questions, and maintain accurate records
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Proficiency in data entry, record management, and attention to detail for maintaining and updating customer records
Basic knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to learn and explain coverage options
Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support a customer-focused culture
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Post-secondary education in business, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or sales is advantageous but not required
