Qualification
Required
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 5 years hospital experience preferred
Special Qualifications: Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to health care facilities, including JCAHO, NFPA99, NFPA101, OSHA, and EPA
Knowledge of hospital mechanical systems, including utility management and control system, HVAC systems, medical gases, electrical distribution, emergency power, fire protection/alarm system
