Responsibilities

Oversee daily fund accounting operations and prepare financial statements, investor reporting, and capital account statements in accordance with fund agreements and regulatory requirements

Manage capital calls, distribution notices, cash management, and liquidity forecasting across private equity funds and related entities

Partner with fund administrators, external auditors, and tax advisors to support year-end audits and review tax workpapers and Schedule K-1s

Support portfolio investment valuations and collaborate with investment, legal, and investor relations teams on deal closings and investor inquiries

Coordinate regulatory filings and compliance support while handling ad hoc projects and senior management initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

5-10 years of experience in private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or public and private accounting, with exposure to tax processes

Strong understanding of private equity fund operations, capital activity, valuations, U.S. GAAP reporting, and multi-entity fund structures

Advanced Excel proficiency with strong knowledge of journal entries, financial statements, and fund reporting

Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative, client-facing mindset
