Responsibilities
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables
You will communicate with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required
Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team input and innovation
Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and strategies
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities in project management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within technology‑driven environments
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
Proven ability to define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and guide cross functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
Proven ability to stay current on emerging AI trends and champion their adoption with clients and teams
Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required

3+ years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships
