Responsibilities
Assisting in the technical planning and execution of projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
Providing mentorship and career development support to engineers, encouraging a culture of learning and growth
Collaborating with multi-functional teams to align priorities, guide technical dependencies, and improve development workflows
Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team brainstorming sessions to drive technical quality
Championing standard methodologies in full stack development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability
Helping track team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full stack engineering, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks)
Experience leading or mentoring engineers, contributing to project planning, or supporting team collaboration
Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and development standard processes
Prior experience in generative AI space with building products
Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
Exposure to cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and drive team success
A collaborative and supportive leader who fosters a positive team environment
Passionate about delivering customer value and building high-quality, reliable applications
Excited about learning, sharing knowledge, and staying up to date with front-end technologies
Strong communication and organizational skills to optimally manage priorities
