Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to protocols
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Medical Assistants and Infusion Nurses, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to maintain adequate coverage across sites
Serve as a clinical resource and provide hands-on support when necessary
Collaborate with the Rheumatology Director on strategic projects and growth initiatives
Provide operational oversight for the in-office dispensary, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Manage and support the bone health program, including coordination of services and patient education
Assist with implementation of quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
Support operations across multiple clinic locations within Alaska
Ensure consistency in workflows, policies, and patient experience across sites
Travel between locations as needed for oversight and team support

Required

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance hands-on clinical support with high-level operational oversight
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel between multiple clinic sites within Alaska
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred; other clinical backgrounds considered
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Rheumatology or infusion experience is a plus
