Responsibilities

Assist with leading systems integration efforts, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, integrate, enhance, and productionize solutions
Support architecture development of complex products including owning key design decisions, completing trade studies, conducting research and development, and finalizing component selection
Support the assembly, test, and documentation for hardware components, software integration, and systems of systems
Interface and collaborate with customers, end users, operators, and field representatives
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of system architecture & mission operations to be able to communicate both upwards and outwards
Conduct Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), failure analysis, documentation development, and operations development
Develop and maintain requirements
Participate in test events

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a STEM-related field; Bachelors degree with 8+ years of experience, Masters degree with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
Minimum of an Interim Secret Clearance is required to begin employment, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph mandatory for ongoing employment
Strong interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, demonstrated by frequent and successful application of technical standards and techniques
A background and strong demonstrated success in design, integration, and test
Knowledge of RF and radio communication system components & functions
Experience with creating system architecture, requirements management, networking architecture and lab test equipment
Knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Linux Operating Systems, specifically the ability to execute in command line and rapidly navigate both operating systems
Knowledge of cyber systems

Preferred

Experience with cyber non-kinetic operations and hardware
An active Top Secret / SCI security clearance with poly
Hands-on experience with VPX chassis integration, configuration, and testing
Experience with RF component research and design including working with AESAs
Strong knowledge of SIGINT operations
Experience with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs)
Experience with schematic design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Zuken, etc.)
Experience leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
