Responsibilities
Lead a team of implementation professionals, responsible for the hiring, training and professional development of the team and delivery of an exceptional customer experience
Lead planning and execution of large-scale, enterprise implementations and expansions for our integrated products
Own overall implementation outcomes, including scope, timeline, resourcing, risk, and customer satisfaction
Drive consistency and scalability through standardized implementation frameworks, governance models, and delivery metrics
Navigate complex customer environments, managing conflict, negotiations, and competing priorities while maintaining strong partnerships
Partner with Product and technology teams and process improvement experts to optimize and operationalize AI-enabled tools that improve accuracy, speed, and quality of implementations
Use data-driven insights and analytics to proactively manage delivery health, forecast risks, and optimize resource utilization
Act as a trusted executive advisor to customer C-suite and senior leadership, clearly communicating progress, risks, and value realization
Lead executive steering committees, status reviews, and escalation discussions with confidence and credibility
Own and manage enterprise implementation project plans, milestone reporting, and executive dashboards
Oversee critical implementation activities including: Conversion file strategy and execution, HL7 interfaces, APIs, and web services, EDI payer enrollment and connectivity, Pre-live and parallel claim testing
Support new product introductions and new business lines, ensuring implementation readiness and scalable delivery models
Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise customers
Provide implementation expertise during pre-sales and solutioning for complex enterprise deals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Management, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in project or program leadership, preferably within healthcare SaaS or revenue cycle management
Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams in complex customer environments
Formal project management training and/or certification (PMP preferred)
Must be willing to travel domestically 20%
